Before he started training others in flipping houses, Erik had successful careers in both real estate appraisal and real estate sales.
Before traveling across the country for a few years as a well sought after real estate investment trainer for Fortune Builders (started by Than Merrill and Paul Esajian of A&E’s Flip This House), Erik started out as a real estate appraiser, before branching out into real estate brokerage and real estate investing.
Erik Bee is an expert in generating seller leads and securing deals and continues to invest in properties across the US. He has personally done over 2,000 seller appointments in his career. He is super passionate about teaching his proven real estate investing systems to help others experience more success in their investing businesses.
On a personal note, Erik is a former professional motocross racer who lives in Pacific Beach, California with his wife Mariana and two young sons in their beautiful home affectionately known as the “Bee Hive”.
